Below is a summary of our policies and procedures. If you have any queries relating to our policies and procedures, please email admin@padelhub.uk

01 Terms and Conditions

Everyone attending our clubs agree to our terms and conditions.  The full list of these conditions can be found here.

02 Club Rules

The Padel Hub is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of everyone using its premises and believes that it is important that players,  members, coaches, staff and parents/guardians should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.  View the club rules here.

03 Welfare Officers

The club manager at each site is also the club's welfare officer and can be contacted by email if you have any concerns you wish to raise.

04 Accident Reporting

All accidents on the club premises, however caused, must be reported to the cafe/bar staff at the club and an accident report form filled out, either with the cafe/bar staff or coach/other member of staff who witnessed the accident.

05 Safe Guarding & Whistle Blowing

The Padel Hub is committed to prioritising the well-being of all children and adults at risk and promoting safeguarding in our clubs at all times, including all programmes and events we run. This Policy strives to minimise risk, deliver a positive padel experience for everyone and respond appropriately to all safeguarding concerns/disclosures.  View our full policy here.

06 Diversity and Inclusion

As a club we contribute actively to enable more people to play padel more often, in a manner that it is safe, inclusive, and fair. This applies regardless of a person’s age, disability, gender reassignment status, sex, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, race or sexual orientation, socio-economic status or any other background.  View our full policy here.

07 Complaints Procedure

In the event that any employee, member or visitor to the club  has suffered discrimination or harassment in any way or that the club policies, or code of conduct have been broken, please contact your Club Manager.  Your email will be responded to and the Club Manager will aim to answer your questions, resolve your concerns and put matters right.
