1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

  • These terms contain important information about your membership, product, or service with PADELHUB.

  • Your agreement with PADELHUB is formed when you accept these terms during the purchase or renewal of any membership, service, or product.

  • These Terms and Conditions also incorporate PADELHUB’s Privacy Policy and Club Rules, which are available on our website. All players and their guest must agree to and strictly follow all rules and regulations outlined in PADELHUB Club Rules.

  • If you purchased your membership online or at a distance, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for a full refund, starting the day after the contract is formed (unless a shorter period is specified for specific services). If you request services to begin during this period and then cancel, a charge for services used up until the point of cancellation may apply.

2. Membership Terms & Structure

  1. Memberships are available on either a monthly rolling or annual contract basis.

  2. All members, in addition to their monthly or annual fee, will pay a discounted court fee for each booking. The discount is applied to the standard court rate.

  3. Different categories of membership may come with specific access and benefits - these are detailed on our website and in the updated table below: 

* Advance Booking Window determines how far in advance you may reserve a court, subject to availability. For example, a 10-day window allows you to book up to 10 days before the scheduled play date.

*The limit on the number of active bookings that a member may hold at any one time will remain unchanged to ensure fair access. The maximum daily booking limit will be removed.

* Annual membership for twelve month is based on ten month payable fee.  


  1. Monthly rolling memberships renew automatically each month until you decide to cancel.

  2. For automatically renewing subscriptions, PADELHUB will send a reminder notice before the renewal takes place, which will include the cost of the upcoming payment and clear steps on how to cancel.

  3. All annual memberships are 12-month contracts with an upfront payment. Your membership begins on the purchase date and is valid for 12 monthsThe annual membership sales will be based on capacity and availability of every club.

  1. Pay & Play Terms

  1. Individuals using Pay & Play must adhere to the current, non-member tariffs applicable at the specific club location they are booking.

  2. Pay & Play access is subject to court availability and may be restricted during member-only sessions or events.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Membership payments, bookings, and court fee payments are processed exclusively through The Playtomic App.

  • Monthly payers are billed automatically.

  • Failed payments may result in restricted access until the account is up to date and any outstanding balance is cleared.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly Rolling Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid month and then automatically expire.

  • Annual Memberships (Fixed Term):

    • Standard Cancellation (Amended for Fairness): Requests to cancel an annual membership mid-term will be considered only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness/injury preventing exercise, relocation that makes using the club unreasonable, or significant change in financial circumstances). Valid evidence from a doctor or employer may be required. 

    • Cancellation Due to Unfair Change: If PADELHUB makes a significant change to your contract, such as a large, mid-contract price increase or a significant reduction in core facilities, you may be entitled to cancel without penalty.

    • Pro-Rata Refund: If cancellation is permitted, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused portion of your contract, returned to your original payment method. 

  • Cancellation Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email to membership@padelhub.uk or through the Playtomic App if available). We will acknowledge your request and confirm the effective termination date. Cancelling your payment (e.g., Direct Debit) does not constitute a valid notice of cancellation.

5. Club Right to Terminate Membership

PADELHUB's right to terminate or suspend a membership, which is separate from the member's right to cancel, is strictly limited to the following justifiable circumstances:

5.1. Termination Due to Member Misconduct or Breach of Rules

PADELHUB reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate your membership without refund in the event of:

  • Violation of the Club Rules or these Terms and Conditions.

  • Misuse of membership, including sharing accounts or violating booking privileges.

  • Antisocial, rude, or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other members.

  • Any abuse or intimidation towards staff.

  • Failure to pay membership fees or clear outstanding balances after reasonable notice has been given.

5.2. Termination Due to Business Operational Necessity 

PADELHUB may terminate all or a class of memberships by providing a minimum of one month's written notice (e.g., via email) only under the following, exceptional operational circumstances:

  • Club Closure: The permanent closure of PADELHUB facility where the membership is held.

  • Major Facility Rebuild/Refurbishment: Where access to the primary courts or club facilities will be unavailable for a continuous period exceeding three months.

  • Other exceptional circumstances.   

In the event of termination under Clause 5.2. 

  • PADELHUB will provide a full pro-rata refund for the remaining unused portion of any prepaid Annual Membership.

  • The refund will be returned to the member’s original payment method within 14 days of the termination date.

  • For Monthly Rolling Memberships, termination will be effective at the end of the current paid month. No further payments will be taken.

6. Updates to Terms and Conditions 

  • PADELHUB may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

  • Members will be given at least one month’s notice of any changes.

  • Acceptance of Changes: By continuing to use your membership and booking courts on or after the specified effective date, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms and Conditions, Club Rules, and Privacy Policy.

  • Right to Cancel: In the event of an update that significantly alters the value or terms of your membership (such as the new fee structure), we will provide you with the option to accept the new terms or cancel your membership in accordance with section 4.
